Forms Management

Microsoft InfoPath provides a unique opportunity for these organizations to streamline the use of forms in everyday processes and procedures. E²H²  Tech Solutions’ forms management solution creates rich, interactive electronic forms that integrate with data sources to pre-fill fields and reduce manual errors. Since forms invariably are part of a workflow process, E²H² Tech Solutions integrates InfoPath forms with workflow capability available in SharePoint Portal Server or BizTalk Server.

Document Management
Another legacy of organizations is the proliferation of paper documents. In spite of the advances in technology, an inordinate percentage of an organization’s documents reside in paper form. E²H²  Tech Solutions’ document management solution using SharePoint Portal Server and the 2007 Microsoft Office System allows organizations to blend document management with workflow capabilities and collaboration. Simple workflow management can be accomplished using the SharePoint plug-in. E²H² Tech Solutions has extended this plug-in to include workflow notifications using Exchange Server. However, for complex workflow, E²H² Tech Solutions uses BizTalk Server and Human Workflow Services.

Project Server Integration
