Instructional Design

Instructional design is the analysis of learning needs and systematic development of instruction. Instructional designers often use instructional technology as a method for developing instruction. Instructional design models typically specify a method, that if followed will facilitate the transfer of knowledge, skills, and attitude to the recipient or acquirer of the instruction.

We use an approved instruction design process (ADDIE) to develop interactive multimedia instruction (IMI), instructor-led learning, or web-based training.

Deployment Strategy

There are many different ways to deliver training content to learners, broadly divided into two main categories: web-based and instructor-led (classroom-based) training. Early on, E2H2 will assist you in determining which method is more appropriate. In some cases, the participant interaction offered by traditional classroom training makes this form of delivery the best choice. In other cases, web-based training is the better option.
